Rental Car Conditions

• Renters must be at least 24 years old to rent a car.
• A valid driver’s license is required for all renters, held for at least two years.
• Before taking over the car, the lessee must send us valid documents for inspection: passport or identity card and driver’s license, which we must keep in the records. Also, prepare the Contract earlier and fill in the necessary information, to save you more time during vehicle pickup. You need to check and sign.
• Payment can be made by cash only. 
  
  

• Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting us at +382 68 880 133.
• Cancellation of reservations is always free, and we never ask for a deposit to secure your booking.
• Changes or cancellations to reservations should be made 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

• The minimum chargeable rental period is 24 hours. 
• Renters will be charged for a full day even if the car is rented for just a few hours.
• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up.

• Standard insurance with participation in damage up to €500.
• Standard insurance does not cover damages to the vehicle’s wheels, undercarriage, windscreen, and interior.
• It ensures damage to vehicles, is caused by no driver faults

• Pick-up and drop-off are free at Podgorica and Niksic, and arrangements can be made for other cities.
• The time for the return and return of vehicles must be the same. We tolerate a 60-minute delay or more per agreements; after which, Zovi Vozi reserves the right to charge another rental day.

Leaving Montenegro with our car is possible with our consent, and the price will be a little higher depending on where you go. Also, you receive a green card. If you want to travel outside the borders of our country, please inform us in advance, otherwise we will put a stamp with which that option is prohibited.

• The vehicle can be operated by another person listed as an additional driver in the lease, free of charge.
• Baby chair available free of charge on request.

• The provided contact phone number (Viber / WhatsApp / Telegram) must be available throughout the rental car period. 
• In case of breakdown or other force-majeure circumstances, Zovi Vozi will provide a vehicle of the same or higher class on the same terms and for the same price.
• Customers are responsible for paying all traffic/parking penalties incurred during the rental period.
• It is desirable to return the vehicle as clean as it was, but we will forgive you if you do not arrive.  
• Loss of keys or documents will be charged for €500.
